SPOKANE, WA — The Inland Northwest’s top high school golfers will take center stage on May 7, 2026, as the Kalispel Championships return to Kalispel Golf and Country Club, one of the region’s most scenic and challenging courses.

Recognized as the premier high school golf event in the Inland Northwest, the Kalispel Championships brings together the best boys and girls players from across Eastern Washington (regardless of classification) for a true championship experience.

Now firmly established as a spring tradition, the tournament features a field of elite student-athletes competing in a format designed to mirror the feel of a professional event. From championship-level course conditions to a first-class player experience, the event provides a unique opportunity for young golfers to test their skills at the highest level.

“This is about giving these student-athletes a true championship experience,” said (insert name and Title). “The Kalispel Championships brings together the best players in the region and puts them on a stage that matches their level of talent. It’s competitive, it’s inspiring, and it’s something they’ll remember being a part of.”

Hosted at Kalispel Golf and Country Club, the tournament showcases not only elite competition but also the camaraderie, sportsmanship, and community that define the game. Since its inception, the event has quickly grown into a must-play stop on the high school golf calendar, uniting athletes, coaches, and families for a memorable championship atmosphere.

The Kalispel Championships is produced by Sunshine Club, a nonprofit organization dedicated to using the game of golf to elevate the Inland Northwest, particularly through supporting youth, women, and community-driven initiatives.
